about us

Winona I Laird

Originally starting as a hobby  when I was a young child.  I have worked on my own family history for over 60 years.  After selling my Accounting and Tax Practice and retired from that business. I decided I needed a new interest.  What better than to become a Professional Genealogists since it had been my hobby for so long.

Now I  teach and assist other's on their journey through time to find those who came before them.  Through my own journey I have located living relatives in Sweden. Seeing the change of surnames when family members arrived in the United States. I have family lines back to the 15th and 16th centuries. Throught DNA found a nephew we didn't know about.

From stories told to me by my grandmother about her childhood, I have written a book which I have entitled " Have Your Ever Lived In A Mining Town?"  The story takes place in Park City, Utah and Victor, Colorado.  The book is available at Amazon.com.
